So excited to get my new phone on upgrade the Samsung s4 picked it up on Friday the 20th around 11am we do all the essentials to see it turns on and works the consultant advises me if there is anything wrong with the phone in 7 days bring it back to us and we will give you a new one. well when i got home waited 2 hours for the micro sim as advised to work and i was off getting my phone set up to the way I want it bought a new cover and screen protector. the battery dies so I go put it on charge after its done the networks doesn't want to turn on. I then go to the glen shopping centre and the consultant there tells me I should take it back its still in the 7 days and I will get a new one. I take the phone back on sat at 9am not even 24hours of having the phone. they then tell me it will take yes 21 working days to FIND OUT if I will be getting a new one! I am so upset so much for excitement of a new phone and nonsense of bringing it back in 7 days will get a new one SHOCKING! I then go in on Monday the phone is still in the store no progress and he was keying it in like it was not even loaded I moved to cell c from Vodacom coz of the service this is not any better.
