Invoice to cellphone not email

Good Day

I have numerous times phoned to request that my statement be send to my email, but it still comes to my sms box. I have changed my billing details on the Vodacom website (my Vodacom) and it is really getting frustrating as I have never asked that it should come to my phone, as I need to print it sometimes and I cannot print from my cellphone.
