Pierre at Telectro is simply amazing! I had a problem with my 3G connection and turned to Pierre for some help. Wow, he went out of his way and spent loads of time to help me sort out this frustrating problem.
As far as I understand Pierre is also the owner of the business and I am sure he has many responsibilities to run his business. He took a personal interest in helping me sort out the problem and I am only one of his many clients - and definitely not a client generating significant income for his business.
