A couple of months back I bought airtime through cellphone banking & was charged TWICE for it but never my airtime, I contacted MTN who said they did not see any airtime coming through to my phone so if I was charged for it then I should send them proof for it, which I did, sent them my bank statement which showed both charges & I was informed some1 would be calling me to have the issue resolved, that was almost 2 months ago now & I'm still waiting for a callback :(
