Did not receive airtime i bought

I purchased airtime via cellphone banking on the 4th of february 2014.i didnt get the airtime so i went to check via internet banking if i was billed and i found that i was.i contacted the mtn call centre and the agent said it is probably network problems but till today im still waiting for my 30 rands airtime.
