Two weeks ago I lodged a complaint about Vodacom failing to cancel an Insurance Policy. Vodacom responded to say that a consultant would contact me. The only thing Vodacom did was send me an email to verify my details (to which I duly responded).

I am shocked that Vodacom does not care about their clients to even make a simple phone call.
