So two years back, at the launch of the iPhone 4, I was anxiously waiting in line to receive my new device. After signing all the appropriate documentation I was informed that my monthly install would be R429 (activation fee and sim swop was paid in cash).

After the first two months I noticed that they are deducting R578 off my bank account. I brought this to their attention and was informed that they will rectify it. This carried on for four more months leaving me with a total of R858 extra out of pocket.

After numerous phone calls I was informed that his will be rectified in 7 working days (have call reference numbers) - this never happened. Worse for ware, my account started reflecting that I am R858 ARREAR on my MTN account.

After so many failed attempts to have this rectified, almost three years later, a new iPhone 5 and no feedback... my account is now reflecting R1 158 in arrears. Fix this or I will take this further.
