Maybe next year this time I will receive my money

I went to Woolworths Tygervalley on the 3rd of May 2013 to pay my account in full. I received a sms from my bankaccount saying that the money is off from my bankaccount, but the attendant called another attendant who informed me that their system is off, on which I said, it's fine, it will reflect on my account - then after ignoring me the bright spark went and reversed this. I phoned the financial services who informed me I need to get my bankstatement to rectify their mistake - CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?? After standing an hour in the qeue at the bank. The 10th of May I went to Woolworths to see if it is reflecting on my Woolworths account, and at Financial Services the attendant assured me that it is indeed in my account, so to be safe I went and drew a card enquiry - just to find out that the money is not on my W-account nor reflecting in my bankaccount. So then I stood there for an hour and 45minutes just to be disgusted and get NIL service. The attendant said that I will receive a phone call the following morning - to no avail - that afternoon went to the Store and found out that I wasted all that hours for nothing and the money still not reflecting in any account. DISGUSTED...
