My MTN phone bills have been forwarded past my postal address due to an error at the post office, so I haven't been able to check the figures for a while.
I requested that i receive and email copy, and today i received a statement saying that i am being billed for BIS? I haven't had a Blackberry in over a year, and cancelled my BIS when i took out my iPhone contract.
Please can all BIS be reversed and credited back to me.
Secondly, i have been trying in vain to speak to customer service, but the 808 service does not give me the option to speak to a consultant. in fact, i cannot even get past the initial menu, hence my use of HelloPeter now.
