This is becoming ridiculous!!! I have a contract with MTN that my son uses. He has upgraded in Dec 2012 from a Blackberry to an Iphone. Can you believe it that they are STILL deducting blackberry charge?!!
Don't they have people that can do their work properly or is it okay to our money... because you have to check everything!!! He can phone at no charge from his phone but from a landline you need a PIN! No option to speak to an consultant on the stupid automated call... also they won't phone me to confirm that it is okay that he can enquire on the account!
Funny that the other service providers CAN DO THAT! In my mind that is what SERVICE is!!!
