Call Centre and airtime is missing

I have just gotton off the phone with the call centre and after 2 calls and approximately 20mins of wasted time I still have not got the info that I need!!

My husband is currently in UK we set up international roaming for him for when he went over, I have since done a sim swap and I am using his number. His account is topped up on the 13th of every month and I noticed the R30 was missing from the topup, I also don't make calls that often from my cellphone but I have just noticed that I only have R2 airtime!! What is going on? My airtime is just vanishing!

Also, the call centre just has voice promps and you can't even speak to an actual person who can explain things to you, what is going on with MTN?
