Good Day

I want to know how this works???. I had a contract that was due in July 2013, meaning last deduction was to be on AUGUST 2013, it is SEPTEMBER and still you guys are DEDUCTING from MY MONEY

I want to know what is going on here? Asap

the acc shows - SP 35174259

I am still sitting with my proof of cancellation... i will not tolerate another deduction from my account - i will also not wait longer then 24 to 48 hours for my money to be paid back into my account.
