Is it possible that 20 years with Vodacom means nothing to them? I have been a subscriber for almost more than half my living life and despite upteen requests for assistance to resolve the absolutely shocking if not zero signal in my residential area of Morninghill, my plight remains unaddressed and unattended to. I am the last remaining Vodacom customer in my family - my husband, my children and even my domestic worker have all ported to MTN - the opposition - whose signal is great. It appears that I have no option but to do the same for both my SIM cards (calls and data). Not cool Vodacom! I thought I was with the leading provider in SA... Evidently not.
