Blacklisting of Cellphone

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 in December 12, on BidorBuy. On 9 September 2013 my phone stopped working on contacting Vodacom (Service Provider) I was informed that my phone had been blacklisted and to contact Mr Haydon Solomon at Telkom Mobile. I could not contact him directly, but I was told to submit the following documents (Id., proof of residence, proof of purchase, Affadavit to state that the phone was in my possession i.e.not) and the phone would cleared in 72 hours. We submitted all these documents and waited for the phone to be cleared, however, the phoned was not cleared and I received an email to say that I was to lay a charge against the seller as they would not unblacklist the phone. I have checked with the SA police and the phone is not registered as or any other circulation on their records. To date I have attempted to email and phone Mr Solomon to try and get a reason for not clearing my phone and to date have not had any response. My phone has not operated for 3 weeks through no fault or mine or my service provider- Vodacom. My phone is RICA'd and I have submitted all the relevant documents to Telkom so I see no reason that my cell remains blocked
