DISGUSTING UNHELPFUL AND ARROGANT

3 Months ago I bought a Brand new Samsung S4 and the past 3 days the phone just switched itself off and the battery stayed empty. Thus I took the time today and took the phone back to the store. As soon as I went into the store I was met by only 1 employee in the whole store after explaining and showing him the problem he advised me to either go to the head office or to a VODACOM store as only they have technicians available on Sundays. After this my temper flared and I was greeted by GODFREY who first told me they don't sell batteries but then went to the shelf and got one to test the phone. After putting in the new battery the phone worked perfectly, thus proving the battery was my problem he said i would have to buy the battery for R300 as they don't do replacements only sales. To receive a new battery by the 6month guarantee I would have to dent the phone in to the workshop. Then I explained the phone is used for business and I can't afford to be without it for 7-14 working days or I will be fired to which he replied that's not his problem and began to get arrogant filling in the form but taking extra long.
