MTN poor feedback and unsatisfactory answers

I decided to switch to MTN from Vodacom after many years with one of the phones I run to see the differance. In my first month I was billed with packet switch data, had never heard if it before. My charge for this data came in a week after I had picked up the device. This was 3 months ago. I went into Mtn Ballito and they said they would query it because as I explained to them I use minimal data. I got an email from MTN not explaining anything but saying the charge was correct. I have been back to the store at least 8 times and get no joy at all. My data charges for the next two months have come to nothing as I would expect. All I want to know is what did I supposedly download to rack up 800 rand in one day and I just get blank looks. Surely in this day and age it should be relatively easy for Mtn to provide a detailed explanation for this ridiculous charge.
