I upgraded my internet speed mid may 2013 from 2 to 4Mb/s. For the 6 weeks subsequent to the upgrade I reported the service fault about 8-10 times since I experienced little to no connection. I went into a telkom shop when I received a bill via email for over R950 and was asked to speak to billing who apologies dandy told me that I would be credited for a total of 23 days during the 6 weeks that I experienced extremely low speeds and no connectivity. I have every fault report on my cell phone but when we called the billing they have no information on their system and deny any credit and have handed me over to a debt collection agency who threaten to blacklist me. I will be in contact with telkom but am disappointed and dissatisfied at the Way in which they have chosen to conduct themselves after not being able to deliver the service and then not rectifying the billing and handing the matter over.
