Good day
I have an ongoing problem with CelC since 8July 2013. I called there call centre to change my debit date due to illness, however after several calls, speaking to several consultants this matter is still not resolved. I have in the meantime 4 bank refersals for unpaid debits due to this. In the same time prior to this matter they have also been deducting incorrect amounts from account, which I had to go in to a store to fix. Even after that the same thing happend. I'm currently on a sick bed and has been for months now and find this to be very stressfull. Celc has in the meantime barred my phone due to this pending matter. I was told I can pay in to have it sorted and claim for it later. I declined cause I felt after all this time, why should I be liable if this was not to any fault on myside.
