Debiting account before debit date

My debit date for my contract is the last day of the month.
on two occasions cell c has debited my account before the debit date.
numerous calls to the call center has proved fruitless in resolving this matter.
the consultants famous line is "i have escalated the matter and someone from the relevant department will contact you shortly" THIS IS A LOAD OF BS!!!
as a resulted fees for unpaid debits have been incurred.
there was no notification from cell c that my account would be debited earlier than usual in which case i would have made provisions for funds to be in my account.
i would like cell c to reimburse me for the unpaid fees
also i want my services reinstated and i also want cell c to waive the subscription for the month of march due to the inconvenience caused.
I ALSO HAVE A RECORD OF THE NAMES, DATES AND TIMES OF THE CONSULTANTS I HAVE SPOKEN TO AT THE cell c call center.
