Debit date incorrect

I took a loan with Old mutual early this year and the debit order date was for 25 th of every month, that is my pay day and I was advised that if 25th follows within weekend, the debit order will go through the next working/business day. And that is not the case, i have complained to them before about this but no one has interest on sorting out this matter. My account is up to date. my problem is when the 25 th is on a Sunday, Old Mutual debit on 23 th which will be on a Friday and one doesn't have money then, I have advised them that if 25th follows on sunday, i will only get the money on sunday morning no other days. This matter has being ongoing for long time now. This is affecting my rating with the Credit Bureau as a slow payer and costing me Bank charges, bad relationship with My Bank, they failed to communicate with my Bank about this matter, they wanted me to go cue long lines and explain why Old Mutual debits are returned. I feel this is a Breach of Contract as i was Advised my the Loan sales consultant that was will debited in the next business day. And one of Team leader Direct Sales as to me 06/06/2013, it will be changed to 26th and which is not there case.
