Third Blackberry Bold 9780 in current contract
Sent for repair 7 February 2013 - Promised return THREE WEEKS MAX ...(Given a small almost non usable phone as a loan phone) no contact from Celc
I contacted Celc 9March 2013 at Waterfront and was told my instrument had been swapped AGAIN!
Went to collect was there for twp hours only to find that the REPLACEMENT phone was ALSO Faulty!!! Even though this had been checked and was accompanied by a checklist covering the new fault!
New instrument sent for repair (imei357461046157361) and I have called, been promised return calls... nothing, Asked Mr Shabirr Noorbay to help, written to Celc customer care on numerous occasions, sent sms's sent a fax... NO RESPONSE!!! Still dont have Whats app, BBM or emails on a phone, losing contact with my business, breach of contract I think!! Just plain being ignored. CELC CUSTOMER CARE!! If you want my advice use any service provider EXCEPT Celc
