I have tried to change the debit order date of my contract for the past 4 months but to no avail. everytime i call the call centre and have it changed, they confirm the change but still debit my account on the incorrect date and thereafter cut my line. i requested to speak to a team leader and was told that one was going to call me back... yah right (still waiting)
sick and tired now. sitting with a barred line cos Cell C staff is to incompetent to carry out their duties.
