I gave in my hard drive for repairs at the Atterbury branch on 16/02/2013@14:39:56 and was told i will receive a sms for feed back. To date i have not received a single communication. I phoned the Menlyn branch (because the Attebury branch has closed down) to enquire about status and i was told someone will call me back once it has been 'tracked' down even though i gave the job number 119716 which should instantly give the latest status but to my horror the store is completely blank and has no latest status. I want my hard drive back or a replacement now. I have been inconvenienced for long enough. I find the service very disappointing because as my information is being requested on the phone, there is someone in the background shouting instructions on what information to ask me and still i received no feedback
