At the beginning of August I paid in full for the CellC/Unisa 3G data deal. It has now been almost 2 months, and multiple emails later (no call centre numbers have been provided to date) and yet I still have no access to data. To top off this frustration, the contact from Cell C Kgolane Moloto, didnt even bother to bcc the mail recipients when emailing the students, so now when 1 student replies to her we all have to receive this. This has however been useful in that upon still having received no feedback I emailed all the students and found out many also hadnt received their data packages.
This is frustrating and as I have paid the money but have yet to actually receive a service and considering the contract is for 6 months, and almost 2 months has passed this is unfai
