I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 7DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

Good day

lm really not happy with the way my case is been handled, my sister tried to deposit money for me through an FNB ATM on Wednesday the 15th of May 2013 Commissioner Branch till today the 25th of May.

I spoke to Yolanda which she says she is the branch Manager there and told me that she can not help me and its not her job I will have to wait for the ADT Security to look at the machines to see if there is extra money in the machine, I asked if there is someone senior I could speak to in their branch expect for her, she said no its either you speak to me or no one, she been going on and on telling me stories that people from ADT do not have the funds to pay you, a lot of excuses every day, she later starts avoiding me and transferring my call to the lady by the Name Maka, still no joy. I haven't received my money yet and today it marks 8days.

there do not allow me to speak to anyone senior to them, I furthermore called their customer care number, there told me the process shouldn't take that long the most its 48hours, but Yolanda and Maka there keep insisting on the 7day period which it has passed already

it was a transaction of R1 420.
