(They only work normal office hours and it is an automated so it takes a while to speak to someone)
I was R175 in credit yet my phone was suspended on 30 May. I phoned and queried this on the 1st and they didn't know why I was suspended, acknowledged that I was in credit etc. I am in credit to R350 but my line was suspended on Sunday 30 June. I phoned Telkom on Monday, again huge apology and have no idea how this happened they would re-connect. I made a very short call on Monday night and straight after that the line was suspended again. I phoned Telkom on Tuesday, again huge apology and have no idea how this happened, they would re-connect again. I am still in credit of over R300, however, last night, Wednesday my line was yet again suspended. Once again I phoned Telkom this morning, Thursday, they don't know why the phone was suspended and said they would send a technician out and will let me know when one is available. I can receive calls but I can't make calls so how can the line be faulty. I am sooo annoyed. I sent a mail to them also on Monday but received no response!
Please help!!!
