I just got handed over for an account that was paid up in Feb 2013. I am typing this complaint while holding on for someone in Telkom to rectify my problem. I just purchased an ITC profile only to find a "default" and an account written off as bad debt. I regret ever taking out a Telkom line, I never got a statement, I closed the line and they mistakenly cancelled another number linked to a K Naidoo. It is now 10 mins that I am holding to speak to someone and nothing, honestly Telkom is rubbish! pointless canvassing products when you cant get your billing right... Guess what Im still holding...!
