Apparently 1 mbps uncapped means you can only download at 860 kbps
Previously (on a capped account) I could download @ 1050 kbps. WITH EXACTLY THE SAME ADSL LINE. Apparently uncapped also mean choked - IS that a new service Mweb provides?
Both were shaped accounts.
To top it all the consultant tells me this is how it is done (Yes when you are a and a company without integrity)
