So every 2 years we all have the great joy of upgrading & renewing our contracts with our preffered cellular provider.
Vodacom are only prefered because of the signal available in my residential area.
On Monday the 16th Sepetmeber i telephoned vodacom online as their website was giving an error 08217844, i spoke to Sharon who was all too happy to complete my upgrade request.
Sharon told me the model phone i requested was out of stock and i could expect delivery on Thrusday the 19th September only.
Sure i say - so bring me to today 19 September @13:45 when i am told my package was picked and packed in Isando johannesburg and is currently on its way to Bloemfontien - I work & Live in Johannesburg.
G-D help me so i find out Sharon has put in the postal code for Bloem instead of for Rivonia Johannesburg.
She also failed to take my alternative contact number down correctly.
I asked to speak to a supervisor - to which after holding for 28minutes was told Bongani cant be found - Sheperd Chiwanga attempted to assist but told me since Sharon selected the wrong town i would have to wait for the package to be returned to Joburg.
