above is the latest response i got regarding my sim card being migrated to contract without my consent. As your earlier response said, I have been refunded the money that was debited from my account but THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING IS THAT MY SIM IS STILL NOT WORKING. When I try calling it it no longer says the number does not exist on the MTN network as it was doing weeks back, now it says the number is unavailable but when i insert it on my phone it is still not working. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING course Im missing some important calls and none of this is my fault. I have been trying for over a months now, pleading even for MTN to sort this out but its pretty clear now that MTN does not value me as a customer.
For the last time now, could this problem be sorted out ASAP and if this is your way (MTN) of getting me to port to another networks, your doing a good job to get your point across.
