Upgrade reversal nothing happening in 10 days

10 days since I cancelled upgrade with Mondo Mobile (MM), tradepartner of Vodacom (VC) NOTHING. 15/11 Lydia from MM called inform I'm due for upgrade, explain their excellent service. 16/11 reversed 1 upgrade, wanted SamsungS4 not SamsungS4mini, Shevon told me no problem, will be reversed and consultant will call me 18/11 for changes. Said should I recieve delivery of S4mini, must not accept send back. 19/11 SamsS4 mini was delivered, did'nt accept sent back with the courier. 20/11 said must give 24h. 21/11 enq, told takes 48-72hrs for warehouse to sort it. Same day conf call Andiswa Dladla indictd enq was Escalated to VC via mail. Request copy of mail/refno-they can't. Promised call back-No feedback (fb). Several calls-she's busy. 22/11 Ryan Samston(?) promised to help Escalated it again, nothing resolved yet promised to give fb! Said VC must reverse upgrade. Several calls left mess-he's busy and will reply on Monday! NO fb. Call VC 086111 indicated MM must reverse. 23/11 to VC Brooklyn (VB)-no answer at MM. Shows upgr, but I have NO cell. VC can't help 'til M'day. 25/11 MM say wait 24h for VC to reverse! VB Mapula to help-no fb. 26/11 VB Louis try to help. Is MM a!!
