I visited Telkom a while ago and as I am sitting here thinking again today about the service I received, i thought no, the world has to know, how amazing this girl is. She was so helpful and trust me I had a thousand questions and she patiently assisted me and I purchased a laptop, where again, she was friendly, helpful and really went the extra mile.
East London is not known for the great service and to walk into this very busy shop and to find such amazing service really just makes life so much more pleasant.
Well done girls, you guys really rock. Unfortunately, I did not get the white ladies' name that was there but, to both of you, thank you, thank you, for making my experience a whole lot more pleasant than I expected.
