I would like to commend Craig Johnson on the great customer service I received. I had issues with my routers and no one could help me. I've been at the Claremont branch, Bellville branch, cape gate, Cavendish branch and they don't know what they are doing. Craig was very pleasant and extremely helpful he sorted out everything in no matter of time. I would like to recommend people to go to the Telkom store in canal walk for the great technical service I have ever received. It has really changed my views on Telkom.
