I would just like to say a big thank you to most of the girls at Zoom, mainly the V&A Waterfront branch but specially to Iensaaf at Canal Walk. She has been amazing and provides me excellent service every time. I have purchased about close to 10 pair of shoes from Zoom in the last two years. I love your summer wedges and your winter boots. Prices are great and styles are fabulous!! But most of all... as i am a size 3 and I know you only usually have one or two pairs in stock and if im not quick enough I wont get my size, but the girls (especially Iensaaf) are always so helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure I find my shoe. Thank you girls and thank you to my great collection of Zoom shoes.
I bought a pair from Tyger valley too once as my birthday treat and again the girls don't know me there but was also great friendly service. I hope you will pass the message on for me and hope this makes their day and they continue to provide great happy friendly service to all. :)
