I contacted Autopage Cellular upgrades to find out about the S4 mini and before I knew it Sean had written up the deal and told me not to worry, that I wasn't bound to the contract and that I could change it later. He said that if I didn't change my mind, they would deliver the phone to my work address after the 7th September 2013. I have phoned the call centre several times to speak to Sean and have sent emails but he does not respond. Thursday the 12th I spoke to Sean at 10 and he said he would phone me back in 15 minutes, I'm still waiting. I have since spoken to others who have also not assisted me. I tried to get a phone from the branch today but I can't because retentions must cancel the deal first. I phoned at 9 this morning to have the deal cancelled and it still hasn't been done. My subscription change at the end of the month and would not be applicable to my current phone. I am extremely frustrated, disappointed and angry at the way I have been treated - this should be pleasurable and exciting. I cannot even get to speak to a manager because the people will not let me speak to one. Very unhappy!
