I am once again sitting with a huge billing crisis after doing an upgrade. I have many accounts with Vodacom and my average billing is R4200 a month. A month ago I went to the mentioned branch to do an upgrade on phone number 0796944512. I upgrade to a Samsung S4. The consultant advised to purchase a Wi fi modum because the S4 uses data not like blackberry so that s exactly what I did. I informed the lady to soft lock the data on the contract. Again to my surprise when I called I was billed a huge amount for data. I immediately told the agent to soft lock and do a reversal. Again I checked my billing and a huge amount is charged. Please it's is unacceptable.
