I asked for assistance in moving some domains that I was having trouble in doing my self. I called the contact center and Rudi assisted me. Nothing was a problem and no task was too big or small. I was also treated with respect - unlike some ISP's who assume you are up to date with technology and ISP lingo and can get condescending or irritated.
Later in the day I received a phone call from Rudi giving me an update and progress report. at which time I gave him even more instructions and requests, which he performed with that same friendly " I'm here just for you attitude" thanks Rudi and thanks Web Africa
