I settled my account on my vehicle finance on the 24th of May. Two weeks after the settlement I have to phone and ask for the paid up letter and the credit that is due to me. Now I am told to wait 3-5 working days. My question is this, I settled my account two weeks ago so where is the 5 working days applicable. You had more than enough time to sort out your admin issues now you make it my problem and this is unacceptable.

I need my paid up letter ASAP. You had your 3-5 working days to finalize this since the 24th of May. I logged this request on Friday last week with a reference number, when I phoned on Monday to follow up I was told that there will be new reference number because there is no other call logged for this issue but I have two reference numbers so explain that??

Please supply me what is due to me?
