What a nerve multi choice have to suspend my account even after it has been paid. then when you call the customer care line you go threw so much voice recordings and still no option for a operator. finally I do get threw to one and he tells me that my account is not paid. I give him my reference number and he says it has been paid and he is sorry. Best of all he still has the nerve to tell me next month I have to R 50.00 more for the reconnection fee. HELLO I WAS NOT LATE ON PAYING THE ACCOUNT. after more that 1 hour on the phone I told him that is was far cheaper for me to drive to his office and sort it out and save me money and head ache.
if this is how they treat a customer then I rather cancel my account save the money for something of much better use than to deal with this hassle every month.
