Unused prepaid airtime for MTN's coffers

I am a prepaid user (pensioner) and MTN has the audacity to "wipe out" an unused airtime balance. Nowhere on a prepaid voucher does it state that the airtime must be used up within a certain amount of days and MTN does not have the decency to warn the cellphone user that "time" is running out. I regard this as as the airtime purchased was the user's hard earned money and MTN decides to just keep the unused balance. No wonder they can afford to put huge adverts in papers - its our money they are using.
