Hi,

I've been using MTN network from the 1st day I bought a cellphone. Thats from my tertiary days. I however have a huge problem with this network. I'm a prepaid user and as from last month, whenever I load airtime my balance just keep decreasing without me making any phone calls, sms, internet usage etc. I've checked all the applications on my phone and nothing is running. I've even gone as far as loading about R30 in the evening and not using it and I will have R0.00 balance the following morning. I've tried the customer service line but we all know, its NON existent.

I refuse to change to another network as this will inconvenience me. MTN needs to sort out this problem as in yesterday. They must stop from their customers.
