The Flexi Club agent Tshepo Macupane (12651) got me to sign a quotation document to see if i would qualify to be a member, without telling me, if i did it would be a binding contract. Later that month they debited my banking account R4, 300, and they refused to cancel the contract. To date their agent has since said he was soughing it out. When I personally called the head office, they refuse to contact the agent and demand that I fully pay a settlement amount of R72, 000 in order to cancel the contract. I have recordings of the telephone conversation with their agent where he admits to the mistake and what he told me in the pitching of the product but that seems not to be enough to cancel the contract. They simply dismiss me and tell me they want their money. The agent is not taking my calls anymore.
