The Mtn store in alberton city has been of no service, i went in store on the 1/9/13 to transfer my contract from my sisters name to my name, they did all the paperwork & said it would be done that Monday & they will call me in that week once all is done and I can come do my upgrade. the sad part is i have phoned them every day since the 6/9/13 and i keep getting told they are waiting for the vetting department or that the lady who helped me is not in or with a customer. on Friday 13/9/13 i then called the headoffice of mtn to find out if they have received anything and i was told to get my paperwork & go to another store & this process must take 3 days.i then called the store had to be rude and got told that they are still waiting for the vetting detarment & all would be sorted by Tuesday 17/9 & guess what i called & sorry lady not in & manager will call me back & still waiting, called a 2nd time & he said he is still waiting for answers from head office, so today i will go fetch my paperwork from the store & wait for the 5/10/13 when contact expires & i will be moving to cell c after being with mtn for 10 year, total call to store 18, total calls from store 1.
