Appalling Service From HI-FI CorpGatewayManageress

A few months ago i lost me wallet containing a HI-FI corp voucher to the value of about R 5200. I gave in all the information including an affidavit requested. The Manageress (Veno) came to my attention and said that she will see this thought. After a month i called the store and spoke to Veno and she told me that there is a delay at their head office. Eventually she did call and say that the voucher was ready for collection so i told her to please let the other staff know so that if she is not there i can still fetch it. I went to collect the voucher a few weeks after to find that nobody can issue me with the voucher only Veno can (Cheryl called her in my presence). The manageress incharge at that time was Famida and she said that she will tell Veno to contact me which didnt happen). After about 3 weeks i called the store but Veno was only to be at work at 14:00 but the lady i spoke to said she will get Veno to call but this didnt happen either. So i went to the store after 14:00 to my disbelief Veno said she does not know who i am. I called the store and explained to Cheryl who said she will speak to Veno and get the paperwork BUT Veno told Cheryl that ALL THE PAPERWORK IS MISSING!!!
