Sun 7/7 I upgraded my datacontract to the new LTE router. During the week I noticed that it kept loosing connection, I go back to the store on sat and they say I need a simswap. But I can't do it as they require Idbook. Return on sun, do simswap. I see router now doesn't connect. Call 808 who say system has no simswap must call store. Store says don't worry wait 24hrs. After 24hrs nothing. Spend 25-40min on phone to store explaining to mgr why I can't come in till weekend. He promises to fix with paperwork still @ store. Never calls back as promised. Call 808 on tue ask for supervisor, get promised will be called never happens. Today call storemgr will call back in 15min but never happens. Leave work early to get to store, closed for stocktake. Security very rude and staff who can see me ignore me. I call 808 to try and get them to contact store. After 15mins of making anuisance someone comes from back and does sort out problem. One checkbox on computer but so disgusting service I want to cancel all 5 numbers. Nb before going to an mtn store call first as notice of early closing only gets posted on the day.
