Mweb
Throttled for no reason

I am utterly disgusted with Mweb.

I am using less bandwidth than I can used with my 512kb/s line. I'm currently on a 2Mb Line.

Now Mweb wants to tell me they are throttling me because they are invoking there right to use there fair usage policy. I have never seen any form of notice explaining what is a fair usage on a 2Mb line.

I dont care if Mweb does not have bandwidth for all its customers. I am being victims ed by Mweb, because why my is my line being throttled if Im not using an excessive amount of data.

If they cannot provide enough bandwidth for 2 or 4meg lines for all their customers they should not sell them!

I have cancelled my account. And I will cancel all my friend, relatives and business account.

PS. Don't contact me with sob stories. Come with facts where you indicate what exactly fair usage amount is on a 2 meg line
