My name is Sydney and I have been trying to reset my password online for the past 6 days but still no luck. What is disturbing is the fact that there have been same complaints about this issue before. The call center agent made me change my browser settings, use different browsers, but NO LUCK! Clearly your diagnosis steps given to your agents do work in some cases. FNB need to solve issue OR just remove the option and stop misleading us! The reference for my call: 700940960
