I joined DealScout about 16 Months ago and have never used the site, as their deals are pretty poor and are in no way relevant to me as a consumer.
I became really tired of their mails appearing in my mail box and tried to unsubscribe. Unfortunately you need to have your password and I could not remember mine. I used their system that sends you a password reset but every time you enter your new password and the new password confirmation, they NEVER match!!! Even if you use something as simple as 1234567.It just will not allow you complete the new password so that you can unsubscribe!!!
I mailed their support contact details and requested that I be removed from their mailing list and I also mentioned the problem of the password/confirmation not matching.
I received no reply from them and instead of just two or three spam mails a week from DealScout, I now receive at least one a day! So in an attempt to stop the mails completely - I now get sent more!!
Please just stop! I am so sorry that I joined your stupid companies mailing list and all I want is to be removed and never see another of your lame, irrelevant deals ever again!
