They broke into the shop a while ago, and my galaxy S4 was, my phone was only in for a screen repair, its more than month ago when I went to get my phone they said sorry its, they cant give me any feedback on when I will receive a new phone etc, if you phone them for information what's going on they put the phone down in your ear! I had to buy a new phone because I cant operate with a phone I use it for business. Their service is absolute disgrace. I tried to phone their Head Office and had NO luck.

Het Hi cell delmas gaan sien 03/09/2013.

Hulle se ek moet wag vir hulle versekering om uit te betaal.

Het vanoggend Delmas Hicell gebel - Zelda se: ek moet Andre kry om Autorisation te gee... bel pta tak. (Mag nie andre se sel nr vir my gee nie)
Het pta tak gebel... andre het nie 'n kantoor daar nie... hy travel. Sy het weer my nr gevat en sal my glo terug bel.

Hicell het vir Vodacom gese hulle sorter dit vroeg die week uit - nog niks gehoor nie.
