Following my complaint on 10 Sep, I received a call from Stan on 11 Sep saying that he would get the relevant department to contact me to cancel the contract, and that I would hear from them within 48 hours. He then sms'd me a reference number: A6-0C7D-LV2X6.
It has now been 120 hours, and I am still waiting. Absolutely no contact from anyone at Vodacom since then whatsoever!
Zero customer service - again. It just gets worse and worse. So how exactly do you suggest I cancel this contract - as is my right to do?
